Payment must be made in full to begin the order process, or in a 50/50 manner (half the amount before starting the order and the other half before receiving the finished art).

You can also choose to make payment only when it is your turn on the waiting list.

Each commission takes time to make. Once started, it can vary from 5 days to 1 month to be delivered, depending on the circumstances and the type of order placed.

If the client has a specific deadline for delivering the art, this should be discussed before starting the process. If the deadline is short, there will be an additional fee.

Any type of delay in delivery of the art will be communicated to the customer.

When contacting me about the proposal, the client is expected to have already read my Terms of Service and understand my prices. The client will be asked to provide references and a detailed description of the project.

If the client does not request specific updates, I will only inform you of the progress at the end of each stage (sketch, base colors, rendering, finalization).

You can ask for as many changes as you want during the draft process. Thereafter, a fee will be charged for significant changes.

At the draft stage, only small revisions such as color adjustments or small details are accepted.

Completely redesigning the project will cost 100% of the order value.

Completely repainting the project will cost 80% of the order value.

I will only refund 100% of the amount if I have not started working on the order.

At the sketch stage, only 50% of the amount is refundable and you will be entitled to receive the sketch.

In other cases, refunds will NOT be accepted.

You can use the illustration for personal purposes.

References must come from the client.

Post it on social media giving due credit to me.

I will always share the artwork I make as WIP’s and final results, if you prefer me not to do so, let me know in advance.

Do not remove my signature, only the size can be changed.

My art is NOT authorized for use in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, AI generators and in any form.

Commissions for commercial purposes have a rate of 50% more than the total value of the communication. (Like banners, Youtube, Sprites for games, Twitch, Anything with ads, Covers for social networks etc).

Art is considered commercial use when the client uses it to promote themselves.

I accept pix, picpay and deposit.

Extra characters are 100% of the price.

The value may change depending on the complexity.
